Paid for the $19 version, and now, nothing

Major issues!!!! Paid for the $19.99 version and it doesn’t correctly play any of music files on my 2013 Macbook. Freezes up, skips, etc… still waiting for an answer, never recieved a reply. If they fix this problem, then I will update and leave a better review. Until then, buyer beware!!
