Paid for the $19 version, and now, nothing

Paid for the $19 version about a week ago and now, it doesn’t play any of music files on my 2013 Macbook Pro. Still waiting for an answer. If they fix this problem, then I will update and leave a better review. Until then, buyer beware!!
